What if you awaken your underlying body patterns and shift away from habitual, automatic, stuck movements? Could you embrace a fuller, more expressive fluidity between yourself and the other?
We propose a collective and integrative dance through experiential embodiment. Becoming better aligned in our body-mind we can travel deeper into our dance and personal movement rituals.
In this session permeated by a nurturing energetic exchange, Indias Mokṣa & Gingaí (Ātman – We Are Here) will guide participants through gentle somatic exercises, using dance and intention setting to become more aware and present as a group.
No previous experience is necessary, all that is required is presence in the Now. All body sizes and shapes are welcome.
