First of all we would like to share a little about our ethos and what we feel is in alignment with the realisation of our Manifesto.
We share our space to foster collaboration, care and full responsibility in our guests. When you rent the space, you agree to support your group in taking an active role in the upkeep of the space you use.
Starting on October 1st 2023 we exclusively offer catering through “The Cafe” – for menus, prices and to organize your catering please contact Chefs Blue and Felipe via email at email@example.com.
We offer a small dormitory space for about 12 people (10 euros per person per day without beddings and +10 euros cleaning fee with beddings), shower and bathrooms for camping guests. (7 euros per person per day).
If you are interested in staying here the night without being involved in any events – you should check our Welcome Home weekends and program, but otherwise you will be charged 25 Euros/person/night, depending on availability. Thanks!
We offer support in use of space and equipment, and you will have a point person to refer to during your event so that things can work smoothly and efficiently.
We rent either Dragon or Zen dojo for workshops, classes and events:
WEEKLY classes : Monday through Friday, you can rent the space by the hour – we charge 25% of your revenue.
WEEKEND OR LONGER workshops: We rent our spaces by the day, with a 25% commission, with a minimum of 175 Euros for the Zen dojo (120 sqm – hardwood floor) and 200 Euros for the Dragon dojo (300 sqm floor mixed tiles and tatami).
For daily rental we ask for a 200 Euros security deposit for both Dragon and Zen dojo, that will be returned upon return of the space in full functioning conditions, or used toward the final payment if you prefer.
In the event of a cancellation by You, You must notify us as soon as possible in writing
The following cancellations charges apply:
a. 4+ weeks notice: Full refund
b. 3-4 weeks notice: 60% refund
c. 2-3 weeks notice: 40% refund
d. 0-2 weeks notice: No refund
e. Failure to attend: No refund
Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause Quinta Ten Chi to cancel an event all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made within 30 days.
- A deposit must be received to secure the venue prior to the event.
- A final payment must be received maximum 5 days after the event.
