ONLY A FEW DAYS STILL AVAILABLE from August 19th to August 25th.
Covid-19 regulations forbids any gathering with more than 10 people, so we thought hard on how to make our magical place available to others, and families seem to be at the forefront of what needs to be pampered and cared for after all the many hours of lockdown we all went through.
You can choose your own way to make your retreat. You can come here and camp (10 Euros/person/day), or sleep in our dorms (15 Euros/person/day). You can choose if you want us to cook (25 Euros/person/day) or if you just want to use the kitchen and cook your meals with your lovely family for no additional cost. You can choose if you want to just hang out in nature and read a book or if you would like to stay here and have some classes of wholesome self awareness, body awareness, fun for the family and more. Each class will add an additional cost of 15 Euros per person. Children can participate for free. We also offer childcare for an additional cost of 10 Euros/child/hour.
A retreat for 2 adults and 2 children, with 1 hour childcare and 1 class for each parent, camping and cooking your own food would cost 90 Euros per day!

Tai Chi Chuan In its serenity and balance, the art of Tai Chi Chuan invites you into a space of relaxation and self-awareness, uniting movement and meditation. As your breath becomes deep and calm, as your mind slows down, and as your body finds an harmonious flow, your inner sources of natural energy are activated, providing good conditions for health and well-being. A deep and meaningful path, where the visible and the subtle of the human body joyfully meet and dance.
Kung Fu Inspired by the movements of animals, the tradition of Kung Fu explores the martial possibilities of a human body. In this art, you improve and expand your physical ability, learn to focus your mind, and progressively understand the offensive and defensive dynamics of a fight: basic postures and movements, arms and legs, controlling and locking joints, and wrestling. While it can be approached from a lighthearted and fun perspective, as a way to improve fitness and body control, it offers a path of self-awareness and growth, based on fundamental human values that have sowed wisdom into the heart of Mankind for many generations.
A brief bio of teacher Pedro Rafael, Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan
Following my love for sports, I joined the Yang’s Martial Arts Association (YMAA) in 1995, to learn Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. With growing clarity on the state of the human society, I progressively disconnected from a scientific career, embracing a deep path of self discovery. After seven years of full dedication to the martial arts, I started to teach in Sintra and Cascais. Determined to contribute to the growth of the human collective, I also started to facilitate sessions and courses in the areas of Chi Kung, Meditation, and Personal Growth. Today, I am still a teacher in these arts, and I dream of a world governed by sincerity and common sense.

Moving Through the Inner Landscape
We will experience energetic practices like Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Yoga, connected with contemporary dance and conscious movement. Beginning in a circle we evolve into opening and expanding with the breath in a living pulsation. We learn to listen to the group and their needs and to be fully Present in freedom and fluidity. Sensorial based explorations sometimes take place, in playful but always powerful exercises that help us to understand body wisdom and unlock our internal movement and connect it
with the external world. A sense of unity and belonging naturally arises while we integrate mind and emotions.
It’s an experience of deep ecology in every cell of the body, transforming our lives into pure co-creation!
“Self Healing Techniques- from Herbalism to Vibrational Medicine”
Moments of fluid conversations and practices where parents can ask questions and doubts about their health and/or of their children and other family members, at physical, emotional or mental level.

Authentic Movement
Authentic Movement is a method developed by Mary Whitehouse as an extension of Jung’s free associations, from spoken words to movement and sound. It is an opening of the door of being through the body. The mover closes her eyes and allows her deepest impulses to manifest in movement, sounds and maybe words. The witness tracks the mover and (separately)his own sensations, feelings, images, metaphors. When they meet their sharing is the story of the sacred and undivided unfolding of the field of life.
In a course of everyday life, our roles are stable and clear for everyone. With time, under circumstances or effort, the roles change. The way we define ourselves, our explicit and implicit identities, may both help and hinder the process.
Identity
This workshop aims to explore self-definitions that influence our life, work and professional development. Self-talk and opinions, especially heard from people of importance to us, may turn into labels that we constantly wear – often without realizing that we do. They change us, our work and the environment – becoming part of ourselves, as if we were those labels. During this game the participants will explore their ways of self-identification, and taking into consideration the current professional and personal goals will explore those identities aligned with the desired future.

MÉTODO FELDENKRAIS –
Aulas de grupo – Awareness through movement
Aulas individuals – Functional Integration

Isabel Viegas Bio:
Trance Healer.
Isabel is passionate about People and the subconscious. In this way she uses trance states and the language of the subconscious to heal People emotionally and also physically. By shortening the distance between the Person and his Essence, true miracles happen because each Person naturally begins to change the direction of his life towards what makes him happy. This real magic has only one name: Empowerment. Her journey began with a degree, a job, a marriage, a son, until questioning, crisis and chaos knocked on her door and a huge gate of rescue, of liberation from the past, of healing, of development of their gifts, all this associated with a lot of study at national and international level about People and their wounds. This mix of experience and study allows to reach an enormous depth in her daily work.
