“All moving is from the mover. Every pull draws us to the Ocean. Let the beauty we love keep turning into action, transmuting into another another. Anything you grab hold of on the bank breaks with the river’s pressure. When you do things from your soul, the river itself moves through you.”
Rumi
This work is linked to energetic practices like Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Yoga, connected with contemporary and conscious dance and also the sensitivity of fascial touch. Each class is generally developed in a circle and, in a continuous movement, we evolve into opening and expanding with the breath in a living pulsation. We learn to listen to the group and their needs and to be fully Present in freedom and fluidity.
Sensorial based explorations sometimes take place, in playful but always powerful exercises that help us to understand body wisdom and unlock our internal movement and connect it with the external world. A sense of unity and belonging naturally arises while we integrate mind and emotions.
It’s an experience of deep ecology in every cell of the body, transforming our movement in life into pure co-creation!
“Heaven & Earth are moving together
All beings come into union
The upper and the Lower link
this way they fulfill their duality”
I Ching
